People often see the photos.

The fireworks.
The stilts.
The glamour of a corporate awards night.
What they do not always see is what happens behind the scenes.
This weekend was one of those perfect examples of how the events industry truly works, and what it takes to keep it moving.
Friday Night, Lunar New Year in Canley Heights
Our founder, Kylie Simpson, was out performing at the Canley Heights Lunar New Year celebrations with our Lunar New Year Stilt Walkers.

The event was booked by Immaculate Entertainment and beautifully captured by Cabramatta A Taste of Asia for Fairfield City Council.
Community events like these are powerful. They bring families together, celebrate culture, and activate local business precincts. Being part of that is something we are incredibly proud of.
Saturday Night, Fireworks and Corporate Glamour
On Saturday, our Lunar New Year Stilt Walkers were back out again, this time at Cabramatta Lunar New Year celebrations, performing under the fireworks.
Captured by Immaculate Media and booked by Immaculate Entertainment, it was another example of strong collaboration between council, agency, performers and production.

At the very same time, Kylie was also at Luna Park Sydney performing at a corporate awards night for Fresh Creative Entertainment, alongside the wonderful Chantelle Fava.
Two very different events.
One community celebration.
One high end corporate awards night.
Both requiring precision, professionalism and presence.
Meanwhile, Onboard a Cruise Ship
While all of this was happening in Sydney, Kylie's life and business partner, James Blaxall was onboard a cruise ship.

From a cabin at sea, he was managing administration, coordinating logistics, confirming bookings, handling performer communications and making sure everything ran smoothly on the ground.
That is the part of the industry people rarely talk about. The backend systems. The calls. The invoices. The scheduling. The risk management. The quiet problem solving.
The Pogo Stick Moment
And then there was the pogo stick.
On the way home Saturday night, we stopped by our storage unit, grabbed a pogo stick, and sent it via Uber to the team at Strut & Fret.
Because sometimes supporting the industry means making sure another production has what it needs. Even if that means a late night detour.

It might seem like a small thing. But in events, small things matter. Props matter. Timing matters. Support matters.
More Than Circus
Cirqular Entertainment has always been about more than just performance.
It is about connection.
It is about collaboration.
It is about creativity.
When we work, we are not only supporting our own business. We are supporting artists, creators, agents, production houses and councils across Sydney.
That is what a real weekend in the events industry looks like.
Not just applause.
But teamwork, trust and taking care of business.
